Dear Kai and Jo

Thank you so much for the great sushi lesson. We had meant to 'phone a few friends to share the sushi when we got home.
However, we started to nibble, it was so delicious that we decided to eat it all ourselves - aren't we greedy?
We had sushi for supper, sushi for lunch and sushi for supper again!
We had such a good time, Kai you are a terrific teacher and Jo is a marvellous 'support' to you. I wish you well in your business and if I could afford it, I would come to every one of your Sushi classes!

We really enjoyed our sushi session with you both on Monday. We didn't stop talking about the experience all the way back to Cardiff.
You won't be surprised to hear that my lunch box has been full of sushi this week. They have been delicious.
